OK, so last night was amazing. I went to see Between the Buried and Me (hereafter, BTBAM) in concert, and they were absolutely incredible. My ears are still ringing, my head is killing me, and my right ankle is pretty swollen (thanks to the 300 lb guy who jumped up and landed on me), but I would do it all again. Right now, if that were possible.

As for the next few days...I have a paper due on Wed. in which I have to interpret "Gangs of New York" through the eyes of Karl Marx and Friedrich Nietzsche...Marx isn't so bad, but reading Nietzsche makes me want to pull my hair out. It might just be the translator we're using (both Marx and Nietzsche originally wrote in German), but all the run-on sentences in Nietzsche's stuffmakes me grind my teeth. Fortunately the paper only has to be 7 pages double spaced.

So, now, I temporarily bid my sanity "adieu."
